Repair Services Our Process
When we receive a request from your insurance company, one of our Quote Coordinators will contact you to arrange for an Estimator to visit your home and assess the damage.
Estimation Team
The Estimation Team will compile a report outlining the cause of damage, photographs, and any maintenance requirements. This, together with the scope of works, will be submitted to your insurer for their assessment.
Repair Coordinator
​​When your insurer gives us approval to start repairs, your Repair Coordinator will get in touch to go through the Scope of Works and answer your questions. After any excess is paid and the Scope is agreed, we’ll begin booking the trades.
Supervisors & Trades
Your Repair Coordinator operates from our office and liaises with the Supervisor, trades personnel, the insurer, and most importantly, with you. They are available via their direct phone number or email. After the works are finalised, your Repair Coordinator will contact you to confirm that you are satisfied with the repairs.
